This week we are mixing things up. Our bodies are complex systems and sometimes we need many kinds of people and specialists to help us stay healthy. There is no I in healthy. This week's blog post is from a woman who works with Emergency Dentists USA. Her post includes an infographic about how to fight inflammation using 7 everyday drinks. Her practical, helpful, easily applied drinks will help you fight off those bloated days. Please welcome this week's guest bloger - Jessica Sparkles:
Inflammation chooses no one. Once you have been affected, there is no escape. The worst part is that it can affect major organs in the body. If your lungs or heart suffer from inflammation, it could be fatal. Now that you can still do it, go ahead and search for drinks that will make you healthier. Start by eliminating soda, coffee, and alcohol from your diet. These drinks don't do anything to keep you healthy. They are filled with toxins that can lead to inflammation.
The good thing is that there are a lot of better options out there. You don't even have to prepare them yourself. You can just head to the nearest store and there are healthily drinks available for you. For instance if you love going to Starbucks, choose Chile Mocha or Green Tea Latter instead of your regular Cappuccino. These drinks are filled with ingredients that can help remove toxins in the body. They are also perfect for fighting inflammation. Take note that anyone can have problems related with inflammation. If you are not selective with the foods or drinks you consume; you might suffer later.
Now it is time to change your lifestyle. You still have the time to do it. Just think of the people you will leave behind if your illness has become so severe it can not be cured.
