Hello Fitness Enthusiasts!
“Results not typical.” You see this claim all over ads for beauty products, exercise equipment, and especially diet programs. It literally means that the results YOU experience from their product or service will probably not match the claims they make for their product or service. Or in other words, they are selling you hope - not results. While the results you see may be real, they are far from typical. This is often because, in addition to using the new product or service, they used proven methods like proper diet and scientifically verified exercise programs to form the backbone of their transformation - that, and good old fashioned hard work and dedication.
I am here to tell you that the results my programs provide ARE typical. You can expect to experience these results. In fact, the results I guarantee are just the average. If you work hard, don’t skip days, and stay on track with your nutrition plan, you can expect to get better than average results. This is because we are making a lifestyle change, not just a crash diet or new exercise fad. Results may not come as fast as, for example, weight loss by starving yourself, but the results are sustainable, meaning you can expect to experience similar changes to your body on week one and on week 20, and so on and so forth. It’s also a lifestyle change, meaning that we don’t take drastic measures - rather, we just start doing the things that we envision ourselves doing in the future. We don’t diet, but we adopt a nutrition plan that we can use our whole lives. Have you ever heard the one about the tortoise and the hare? Then, once we reach our goals, we don’t have to change anything. We just keep doing what we have been doing all along. Have you ever heard about people who lost 100 lbs, just to put it all back on again the next year? That won’t be us. We win the race - we are the tortoise, not the hare.
